2. Send your device

Next, ship your device via courier or InPost parcel locker to our service address. Proper packaging significantly reduces the risk of damage during transportation.

3. Diagnostics and repair quote

After receiving the shipment, we perform detailed technical diagnostics. We then contact you with a precise repair quote. If you choose not to proceed, the device can be returned — you only cover the return shipping cost.

4. Repair and return shipment
